"Good options, but the info could’ve been clearer"
I did really like having so many things to customize, especially the finishes and little details. It made it feel like I could actually pick something that worked with my room instead of settling for a basic standard option.
The only thing that annoyed me was that some of the communication around the options wasn’t very clear, so I had to go back and double-check a few choices before I felt sure. It was a bit fiddly at first, but I’m still happy with what I ended up choosing

My order showed up quickly, and to be fair, most of it was exactly what I expected. The items matched what I saw on the site, so overall it started off fine.
The only issue was that one small part came in the wrong finish, which was frustrating because I had to deal with fixing it afterward. It wasn’t a huge disaster, but it seems like a basic order check would have caught it before shipping.

I only just received my order, so it’s fresh in my mind, but overall I’m happy with it. I ordered a few bits and the colour and finish were a really good match for the most part. One plate did look slightly different from the others, but nothing too major

I was happy to find all the bits I needed were actually in stock. I’d already heard this place was more reliable than a few other sites, and this just confirmed it for me. I popped into the showroom at the weekend and it was such an easy visit. Compared with some other places I’ve been where you feel a bit rushed or watched, the staff here were really friendly and just let us browse at our own pace. We ended up ordering some switches and the whole thing felt simple and stress-free

"Worth the Price"
Not the cheapest option out there, but it felt worth it once it showed up. Looks really nice. Feels solid too. Delivery was smooth, no issues. Happy with what I paid.

"Nice switches overall, just a little buzz"
I put these switches in and they look really nice on the wall. Everything works the way it should, and they were a solid upgrade overall. The only thing I noticed is that one of the dimmers gives off a tiny buzzing sound every now and then. It’s not a huge deal, but it is something I picked up on when the room is quiet.

I haven’t actually ordered anything yet, but I’ve been browsing Dowsing & Reynolds for a while now. I keep seeing people say good things about them, and the website looks straightforward, though I’m still a bit unsure what I actually want to buy first. It does give me the feeling they’re a brand I’d probably trust when I finally make up my mind.

The install ended up taking longer than I expected, which was a bit frustrating. That said, everything seems to be working fine now that it’s finished, so I’m mostly happy with the end result—just wish the process had been a little quicker.

"Really pleased with the quality"
I ordered a few switches and handles from Dowsing & Reynolds they feel really solid 🙂 They’ve got a nice weight to them, and the finish looks even better in person than I expected. I had them fitted last week and they’ve made the room look so much nicer. They’re not the cheapest, but you can definitely tell they’re good quality.

I really liked the designs, they’re stylish but not over the top, which I appreciate. Some brands go way too far just to look trendy, but this felt tasteful and honest. The site was easy to browse too, which should be the standard

I bought a dimmer switch from Dowsing & Reynolds and I was half expecting some kind of issue because my LED bulbs can be a bit fussy, so I checked the compatibility info on their site first and it all seemed clear and reassuring.
Got it fitted over the weekend and it worked straight away, no flickering, no buzzing, no messing about trying to adjust things, it just did what it was supposed to do and I’m really pleased with it

I ordered a few switch parts and, to be fair, everything did fit together in the end. I wasn’t totally sure at first though, because the compatibility info isn’t always the clearest, so I had to go back and double-check before buying. Delivery was fine and the parts seem decent quality so far. I’d probably use them again, just wouldn’t rush the ordering process without making sure all the bits match up.
